We want you to be happy with your NC Wake Boats merchandise. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds for all apparel and accessories purchased directly from our website.
Please Note: This policy applies only to merchandise like shirts, hats, and other branded gear sold through the NC Wake Boats online store. It does not apply to boats, trailers, or boating accessories listed on our site.
Returns & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. We can only accept returns for items that are in the same re-sellable condition in which you received them.
What Cannot Be Returned: Please note that the following are not eligible for return under this policy:
- Boats, trailers, engines, or boating accessories.
- Any transaction that did not occur on this website.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds? If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
